1. How can you save my plan money?

Not only do we save you the patient money but we also save the plan money! We do this by negotiating for better pricing with our knowledge and expertise. We also work with plans to maximize savings and aim to increase health outcomes.

2. Are there additional cost for me to use a pharmacy in the network?

There is no additional cost for you to fill your prescription at a participating SelectRx network Pharmacy. Using a SelectRx participating pharmacy will in fact save you and your plan money.

3. Is it just about saving money?

Our main goal is to offer the highest level of service while also helping save patients and plans money. We also offer innovative clinical and analytical services which aim to improve health outcomes. We are leaders in patient-centered care and have carefully partnered with pharmacy partners that share our vision.

4. What are Specialty Drugs?

Some drugs carry high costs and require reimbursement considerations. They product may also require special administration such as infusion. These drugs often require prior authorization before you are covered for them under your plan.

6. Will I need to use my drug card when visiting a pharmacy in the network?

In order to benefit from SelectRx, you must use your drug card when dropping of your prescription at the participating SelectRx pharmacy for the first time.

7. Can I still have my prescriptions dispensed at a pharmacy that is not included in the network?

While you may continue to receive your prescriptions outside of the SelectRx network, you will likely not receive the savings you are eligible for. Your Pharmacy may contact us if interested in joining the SelectRx network.
